Returns, Refunds & Exchange
We always take extreme care to ensure that our products are properly packed & have not been used before so that we deliver the best to you. Thus, we do not allow any returns, refunds or exchanges.
In case the product is tampered or has leakage or is damaged during the delivery process please send us an email with the following details, within 48 hours of the date of delivery at email@example.com , firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
- Invoice number
- Details of your request or complaint
- Images or videos to support the complaint with Batch details clearly visible as below, without which we cannot process the request.
- In case the product is tampered/ leaked/ broken –clear images or video of product & its mono-carton and outer packaging images too.
You can also call us or WhatsApp your complaint with the aforesaid details at our customer care number +919310031306, +919650300198. Our Customer Care team will try its best to resolve your issue at the earliest.
Once all the details are received, it would take our team 07 working days to revert on the complaint/ query/ issue. In case an exchange is approved for your complaint for any product that is returned back to us in its original condition & packaging, you will be informed by an email or by sms confirming the details for the same.
