Shipping & Dispatch Policy

We strive to dispatch your order at the earliest. However due to unforeseen circumstances, the dispatch of your order can take up to seven [7] business days. The shipping & handling charges are mentioned at the time of checkout & you will know about this before the final payment is made. Dispatch of all the product(s) ordered may or may not happen simultaneously – in such a scenario that portion of the order which has been dispatched will be deemed to have been accepted by us and the balance would continue to be on offer to us and we reserve the right to accept or reject your offer in part or in full. In Such a case we shall contact you for further instructions using your contact details / e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration or placing of order No act or omission of “No Apology” prior to the actual dispatch of the product(s) (s) ordered will constitute acceptance of your offer.

The standard ground mail service is shipped via our delivery partners. These packages are out the same day for all orders placed before 1PM Indian Standard Time and the next day for all orders placed after 1PM Indian Standard Time. Once the order is dispatched, it may be delivered in 1-4 business days depending on state to state. The shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.
